Medical Surgical and Specialty Nursing (MSSN) would like to welcome you to Winn’s Army Community Hospital elite inpatient services. Our Care Team is comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Psych Technologists, Health Care Specialist and Medical Support Assistants, all trained to provide health care unique to your individual needs.
Along with the collaboration of a multidisciplinary approach; our Care Team highly values involving patients and families in all aspects of the planning and delivery of their healthcare services. Our goal is to ensure all your health care needs are meet and that you receive the ultimate patient experience. We want you to be “Completely Satisfied” with the Health Care Services provided during your inpatient visit.
To take a more proactive approach to delivering patient centered care, Medcial Surgical and Specialty Nursing consist of three inpatient units geared to deliver a focused health care service with an emphasis on medical, surgical, pediatric, and behavioral health patients. Our Care Team is dedicated to ensuring you are paired with the appropriate medical service and that your plan of care is aligned with your individual needs.

Visiting Hours: It is recognized that family and friends play an important role in the recovery of our patients; therefore, visitors are welcome at any time on the Progressive and Family Care Unit. To ensure safe quality services we encourage parents to stay with our pediatric population. For our behavioral health population visiting hours are limited, however special accommodation can be made based on the patient’s plan of care.

Once you are discharged, it’s possible that you will receive a TRICARE Inpatient Satisfaction Surveys (TRISS). We ask that you complete and return the survey, for it’s your experience that continuously improves the health care service provided to our Fort Stewart Community.
